1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. Should there be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email at elizabethlance130@gmail.com.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: 3–7 business days
- International Shipping: 7–15 business days
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

We currently ship to the United States and selected international locations.
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us to check availability.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
eLANCÉ is not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they have been shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
