Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at eLANCÉ. We take great pride in the quality of our hair and skincare products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we’re here to help.


Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.

Please contact us before sending any items back at elizabethlance130@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first, then contact us at elizabethlance130@gmail.com for further assistance.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at elizabethlance130@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace or refund your order as quickly as possible.


Non-returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare or haircare products
  • Gift cards or promotional items
